7 Year 'Better Life' Warranty
If a defect should become apparent during the warranty period, Heys will repair your luggage at our expense. Or, they may choose to replace your luggage at their expense with the same piece, or with another similar piece of equal or greater value. In either case the final decision will be made by the authorized repair location on your behalf.
It is the consumer's responsibility to transport the bag to the authorized repair location, and to provide the original receipt along with the warranty card. While every attempt is made to use repair locations that are conveniently located, occasionally you will be required to send your bag postage pre-paid to the closest authorized repair location. The warranty does not cover transportation charges.
Since Heys warranty is in place to resolve claims resulting from defect, it does not cover damage of any kind. Abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, and damage which occurs while the product is in the care or custody of a third party including airlines, hotels and other carriers are not covered under Heys® warranty. This warranty is limited to the value of the product itself. Warranty periods vary from product to product.
