Ordering & Payment
Moriluggage.com customers have the option to checkout as a Guest or create an Account. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover on our web site. A payment receipt will be sent to you either with the merchandise or separately by mail (when your order ships to a 3rd party). Please keep the payment receipt for ease of returns and refunds.
At this time, we only collect the applicable sales tax on orders shipping to states where we have retail stores (Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida).
Visit our Order Status page to check the progress of your order. An order confirmation email will be sent after an order is placed and a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number is sent after an order is shipped.
Most orders are shipped from Mori Luggage & Gifts within 3 business days of the order date. Please consider the 3-day order processing time when choosing your shipment method. If there will be any delay, we will contact you. If you need faster shipment or have questions regarding the status of your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow an extra 2-3 days for monogrammed/engraved items.

Returns & Refunds
Mori Luggage & Gifts makes returns and refunds easy. Simply call 1-800-237-4626 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org You may receive a refund when merchandise is returned in its original condition with the original payment receipt. Please include the item number to be returned and the reason for the return in your email.
Items returned with a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit in the form of a Mori gift card.
You can also return merchandise at any of our retail store locations when you present the original payment receipt.
We will use the credit card information on the original payment receipt to promptly issue full credit to the purchasing credit card. We do not refund original shipping charges. Monogrammed and engraved items may not be returned.
If the original receipt is not presented, we will issue you a Mori store credit gift card when the merchandise is returned in original condition. A Mori gift card has no expiration date and may be redeemed in any of our stores or online.
How To Make A Return By Mail:
To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment to the address below.
1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
2. The original Mori payment receipt.
3. The merchandise in original condition.

Product Availability, Special Orders, Information & Images
Product selection and availability varies from store to store. If you want to see a particular item in person, we suggest calling your local Mori store to check availability first.
Some items shown on moriluggage.com are not stocked in Mori stores. These items are available for Special Order and take 3-5 days longer to receive.
Also, there are some items found in stores that are not shown on the website. If there is an item you cannot find online, please call us at 1-800-237-4626 and we'll be happy to help.
