FAQs

I bought something online, can I exchange/return it at one of your stores? Yes, please take your receipt with you. Item must be in new, original condition.

I bought an item and don't live near one of your stores to exchange/return it. Help! Return to address below, please include a phone number and your receipt. Item must be in new, original condition.

Can Mori monogram an item I bought somewhere else? Unfortunately, no. If something happens, we can't replace it.

I need my item monogrammed quickly, will choosing overnight or 2nd day air shipping, speed this up? Monogramming takes an additional 2-5 business days (sometimes less) and the shipping method you chose has no effect on this. Call us if you need something monogrammed quickly. We can tell you how fast it can be done.

Does Mori ship outside the U.S.? Mori is not set up for international shipping. This also includes APO, FPO and other international U.S. Military addresses. Moriluggage.com does not accept any credit cards other than those issued by U.S. based banks.

My credit card was declined and my bank says it went through. What do I do? Give it a couple business days and the authorization charge will automatically drop off. We don't have any control over this.

How do I use my Mori Gift Card online? Please call us at 1-800-678-6674 to place a phone order.

My bag broke. Does Mori do repairs? Mori doesn't repair bags, however, call your local Mori store and inquire about us sending it in for repair for you.

Is everything I see on your website available in your stores? Not always. Stock varies by store. If there's something special you want, please call the store before venturing out and check availability.

I placed an order over the weekend but I haven't seen confirmation email or tracking number. Help! Please check your spam filter and remember orders take 1-3 business days to process.

I ordered 2 pieces of luggage and only one box arrived, where's the other? Please check, to see if one bag has been nested inside the other. If not, the remaining piece(s) are probably coming from a different store and might be a day or two behind the first. You can call us for questions about this.
