Payment Methods
 
Moriluggage.com gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or a Mori Online Gift Certificate on our web site. A payment receipt will be sent to you either with the merchandise or separately by mail (when your order ships to a 3rd party). Please keep the payment receipt for ease of returns and refunds. To use a Mori Gift Card for an online purchase, please call us at 1-800-678-6674, x.3003. The Mori web site cannot process Mori gift cards online. 
  
 

Returns & Refunds

Mori Luggage & Gifts makes returns and refunds easy. You may receive a refund by shipping the merchandise back to Mori or by returning the merchandise in person to one of our store locations.  Simply call 1-800-678-MORI or email us at travel@moriluggage.com to receive a UPS return label via email for a flat rate of $8.95 per box. Please include the item number to be returned and the reason for the return in your email. 

We gladly provide full refunds of the purchase price when merchandise is returned in original condition with the original payment receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit either in the form of a physical credit memo (to be used in stores) or an online gift certificate (only redeemable online). 

We will use the credit card information on the original payment receipt to promptly issue full credit to the purchasing credit card. We do not refund original shipping charges. Monogrammed and engraved items may not be returned.

If the original receipt is not presented, we will issue you a Mori store credit memo when the merchandise is returned in original condition. A Mori credit memo has no expiration date and may be redeemed in any of our stores or by phone.  

 

How To Make A Return By Mail: 

To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment:

1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
2. The original Mori payment receipt.
3. The merchandise in original condition.

How To Make A Return At A Mori Store:

To make a return in any of our stores, please present the original payment receipt and the item in original condition to the store. Our stores will serve you according to the refund procedures explained above. Store Locations


Monogramming & Engraving Services

Mori offers monogramming of three initials on many leather goods, briefcases and luggage items for a charge of $3.00 per item. Some items are not possible to monogram due to the design of the product and limitations of monogramming equipment. We also can emboss corporate logos and can engrave many pens and gift items (charges apply for these services). To arrange for logo embossing or engraving, please place your order online and then call us at 1-800-678-6674, ext. 3003. 

Our leather mongramming is pictured below with corresponding sizes. Small Block is best for small items like card cases and wallets. Medium Block is ideal for briefcases or pad covers and Large Gothic is best for luggage and duffels. While these are our recommendations, the choice is entirely yours. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for monogramming services.

Sales Tax

At this time, www.moriluggage.com only collects the applicable sales taxes on orders originating in states where we have retail stores (Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida). Orders placed outside of these states will not be charged sales tax. 

Merchandise Repair Service

We are happy to assist you by handling the repair of any repairable item that you purchased from Mori Luggage & Gifts. If you need an item repaired, please email us at travel@moriluggage.com or call us at 1-800-678-6674, ext. 3003. Please tell us the item that needs repair and nature of the repair needed. We will then promptly arrange the most efficient and effective process for having the merchandise repaired. We are here to serve you! Charges may apply for items that are not covered under the  manufacturer’s warranty. For example, normal wear and tear and airline damage are not covered under many manufacturer warranties. If a charge applies, you will only be charged for the actual cost of the repair work plus shipping. 
 
 

Shipping Information

Mori Luggage and Gifts offers free 'Ground' shipping for orders subtotaling more than $100 before tax within the Continental U.S. Tumi products are excluded from the free shipping offer. For more information please see our  "Shipping & Returns" link at the bottom of the page.
 

Mori Web Exclusives are not stocked in our retail stores, but are available to purchase at any of our Mori Luggage & Gifts locations as a "special order" item. Please allow extra time for Web Exclusive orders.
