FAQs

If I purchased something online, can I exchange/return it at one of your stores? Yes, you can make a return in a store when the Item is in new, original condition. Please take your receipt with you.

If I bought an item in a store and don't live near one of your stores to exchange/return it, what do I do? Please return it to the corporate address. Be sure to include a phone number and your receipt. Item must be in new, original condition.

Can Mori monogram an item I bought somewhere else?  We do not monogram merchandise purchased elsewhere, since we cannot replace it if there's a monogramming mistake.

If I need my item monogrammed quickly, will choosing Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping speed this up? Monogramming orders can sometimes take an additional 2-3 business days to process, so the shipping method does not affect this. Please call us if you need something monogrammed quickly and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Does Mori ship outside the U.S.? At this time, we do not ship outside the continental U.S. This includes APO, FPO and other international U.S. Military addresses. Moriluggage.com also cannot accept credit cards issued by non U.S.-based banks.

My credit card was declined and my bank says it went through. What do I do? This is just an authorization charge that will automatically disappear after a couple of business days. This is a credit card company procedure, so Mori cannot control this.

Can I use my Mori Gift Card online? Yes, you can redeem Mori gift cards and check your gift card balance on the shopping cart page (you must add an item to the cart to access this page).

Does Mori repair luggage/briefcases? While we do not repair bags ourselves, we can send your bag to an authorized repair center (shipping charges apply). Please visit your nearest store or call for more information.

Is everything I see on your website available in your stores? Every Mori store is unique so you won't always find all items at all stores. We also show items on the website that are "Special Orders". These items are not stocked in stores and take 1-2 weeks to receive. If you want to see an item in person, we advise calling the store to check availability first.

If I placed an order over the weekend, but haven't seen a confirmation email or tracking number, what should I do? Please check your spam filter for an order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number after 1-3 business days.

Can I check the balance of my gift card online? Yes, you can check the balance of your gift card online. Simply, create an account with our website and click on 'Gift Card'. Next, enter your gift card number and press 'Check Status and Balance', which will then give you your full balance.
